At Powell Lacrosse, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
